Terms & Conditions

1. By joining the OnePet Wellness program, you will agree to receive exclusive savings on food, medication and services from your participating veterinary clinic. You’ll get text messages specifically tailored to your pet’s needs and discounts on their favorite things.
2. When you opt-in to messaging through OnePet’s SMS service, you expressly agree: (i) to be bound by these Terms; and (ii) that we may send you recurring SMS messages, including through the use of non-automated and automated technology like an automated telephone dialing system, at the mobile number you shared when you joined the OnePet Wellness program, including to provide you with marketing messages relevant to food, medication, and services that may be relevant to your pet’s needs at participating veterinary clinics.
3. You are not required to subscribe to the SMS service as a condition of receiving any service or product from us. You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text “STOP” to the short code. After you send the SMS message “STOP” to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time or reply “START” to the short code and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.

5. Our SMS messaging service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. The SMS service is not available on all carriers and carrier participation could change. The SMS service may not be compatible on all mobile devices. We are not liable for any delays in the receipt of any SMS services or changes to the participating carriers. We may suspend or terminate your access to the SMS service for any reason and at any time. We reserve the right to modify, cancel, or suspend all or any part of the SMS service at any time, with or without notice.
6. To the fullest extent permissible under applicable law, we are not responsible and will not be liable for any damages of any nature, including without limitation any incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or attorneys’ fees relating to your use of the SMS services. If, for any reason, any provision of the Terms is determined to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions of these Terms nevertheless will be construed, performed, and enforced as if the invalidated or unenforceable provision had not been included.
7. We reserve the right to modify these Terms, or any part thereof, at any time. Any such modifications, additions, or deletions to these Terms will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued enrollment in the SMS services constitutes your acceptance of any such modification, addition, or deletion.
8. As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency varies. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.
